We enjoyed our brief stay in SG, and this room was a great option for us.
The place is cozy, enough beds for our family, had hot water, and was decently close to the city center.
The two problems I had with this place were 1) they require a sizable security deposit in cash upon check-in and you get it back right before you leave country so you're stuck exchanging funds at the airport on the way out of town, and 2) the living room couch was unusable because the back cushion was missing completely. Thankfully, a couple throw pillows were still around to help.
